BOOKING FEE POLICY
ALL patients of +Aesthetics are required to pay a $100 booking fee before securing their appointment.
This charge will be applied to your booking as a cancellation fee in case of a no-show, or a cancellation/rescheduling on the patient’s behalf within the 48-hour period of their appointment. THIS POLICY IS FIRM.
You can manage your appointments on our booking platform, Timely, if we are uncontactable outside office hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Aesthetic appointments are highly sought after!
We require 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment.
Scheduled appointments will receive a courtesy call a few days before the appointment.
This call is a courtesy ONLY and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them.
As stated above in our BOOKING FEE POLICY, the $100 booking fee will be applied as a cancellation fee in case of a no-show or a cancellation on the patient’s behalf within 48 hours of their appointment.
Rescheduling appointments is acceptable and will not incur a fee if rescheduled 48 hours before the intended appointment.
