Volumisation & Structural Rejuvenation with Fillers
Fillers are cosmetic injections that reduce the depth of fine lines and wrinkles - "filling" the areas of your face where volume has been lost due to natural ageing.
Fillers can restore and reinvigorate skin, resulting in a plumper, more buoyant appearance.
Fillers are small injections of gel that add volume to soft tissue. The most common ingredient is hyaluronic acid - a safe, biocompatible material. These injections are best known for smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, as well as contouring facial structure to better define key features such as cheeks and lips.
At +Aesthetics, we offer the following Filler treatments:
Corners of the mouth
Lip enhancement, shaping, and volumising
There are many different types of injections based on the duration of results from permanent, semi-permanent, and temporary. Treatments also vary in fullness and consistency. On average, cosmetic injections can last anywhere between 6-18 months depending on product, depth injected, area treated and body metabolism. Overall, results last longer than anti-wrinkle injections.
The most common side effects are light bruising, swelling, and tenderness. We advise having this procedure no less than two to three weeks prior to any important event in order to allow the benefits to fully set in.
At +Aesthetics, we begin with a detailed consultation to discuss the goals for your skin. Our team will assess your needs and map out a customised plan considering your natural proportions and current skin condition. We ask that you avoid taking natural blood thinners, such as fish oils, five days prior to your procedure.
Fillers are usually priced per 1ml syringe, but we offer packages for full face rejuvenation which can be discussed at your consultation appointment.
