+Aesthetics was born out of Dr. Martina’s passion for cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. To enhance her knowledge for her patients undergoing aesthetic treatments. she has studied a Diploma in Dermal Therapies, and is currently studying a Masters of Facial Aesthetics in the UK.Dr.
Martina’s philosophy is that you can be the best version of you at any age. Her goal is to enhance your natural features with subtle “tweakments”. She uses the latest global technologies, and products that are all TGA approved, to deliver the most evidence based effective, non-surgical facial rejuvenation for you.
Practice Manager
Lael wears many hats throughout the day, she is both the friendly face that greets you upon your arrival, the warming voice that will be on the other end when you call through with a concern, or the friendly wave goodbye at the end of your appointment.
Lael ensures that your experience here is smooth and effortless, by managing emails, phones, stock supplies, staff, and the occasional cup of tea for Dr. Martina.
Lael comes from a background in customer service, which she flourished in, managing teams, and receiving prestigious recognition for, including completing a certificate III and IV in retail. She has also completed her certificate III in dental assisting, which helps tie both her empathetic nature for patients, goal orientated business mind, and love for oral health all together.
Outside of work Lael can be found at school drop offs and pickups, running after her three boys, arms deep in sporting gear, baked goods and arts and crafts.
Clinical Coordinator
Alison has a wealth of knowledge with over 13 years in the dental and medical field, and has known Dr. Martina for just as long.
She has a lovely and warm bedside manner, and is always happy to help put you at ease. Alison also assists on the front desk where she enjoys hearing familiar voices from our existing patients, while also welcoming new patients and getting to know them.
Outside of work Alison is busy with her two young children, and loves to go to the gym and cook in her spare time.
Senior Clinical Coordinator
With over 15 years of Dental assisting experience, Cecilia is one of Martina Dental’s most versatile team members.
With a previous career in accounts and administration, Cecilia followed her passion into the dental and aesthetic industry. Her love for her work coupled with her client centric approach ensures her patients receive the utmost care and desired cosmetic enhancements. Cecilia welcomes all of our clients with a comforting and warm smile ensuring a superior client experience. Cecilia is also one of the masterminds behind our social media channels. She continues to create and collaborate to deliver content to keep our followers engaged in our work and brand.
Outside of work Cecilia is a devoted wife and mother to three beautiful children, and engages in her natural creative flair where she manages her own small business.
Clinical Coordinator
Georgia brings a youthful and passionate vibe to the practice as she loves meeting new people and loves a good challenge. She looks forward to coming to work each day at the practice, where she can contribute to the calm and friendly environment that is in place for both our team and our patients, where we are all striving to achieve your dental and facial aesthetic goals.
Outside of work Georgia loves playing sports and hanging out with friends and family, and is the oldest of three younger brothers, and is currently undertaking study in her certificate III in Dental Assisting.
