Free shipping is offered to those who spend over $150, (in one transaction) otherwise all orders below this value are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99.
Your products, once ordered are shipped from our clinic in Baulkham Hills, on the same day*. We use Australia post, expect delivery within 2-6 business days for most metro postcodes, orders can take longer, and you will be notified as soon as possible, if a delay is to occur.
In busy trading periods, we recommend thinking ahead, so that orders arrive promptly.
*All orders made through the working week (Mon-Thurs) will be shipped on the same day if done before 12pm. All orders made on Fridays and weekends will be processed on the Monday, which is the next working day except for Public Holidays.
